İslam Alaybeyoğlu is a bold, passionate and imaginative Industrial Engineer. He is a strong-willed leader and a business developer.Professionally, he worked at Turk Traktor AS as Procurement Manager, TAV Airports Holding as Business Developer, and Turkcell as Project Manager, between 2015 to 2020. After his professional experiences, he has co-founded and started many enterprises in different sectors.Islam attended training of telecom network evolution trend, 5G technologies and applications to improve mobile subscriber experience at Huawei Academy in Shenzhen, China in 2016. Islam joined Massachusetts Institute of Technology Internet of Things and New Ventures Leadership programs in 2017 at which he developed an early warning system to detect flash of floods to prevent damages and casualties. He represented Turkey in “Monetising IoT Networks” and “5G World” conferences in 2018, in London, UK and he is delivering conferences on “Digital Entrepreneurship” all over Turkey.He is certified in Business Analyst, Information Technologies Infrastructure Library (ITIL) in IT Service Management, Motivation Management and Effective Communication in Business.He continues his academic studies in Bogazici University at Internatinal Trade Management, since 2020.Islam founded Solution Türkiye in 2022, and specialized in Business Process Design and Efficiency, International Business Development, Corporate Brand & Marketing Management and International Trade.
